Satellite Pics

Here are some satellite pics I got from Google of the neighborhood. Click the image to link to an enlarged image.

This first one is from the old Sherwood home. Notice the vet is still there, but the horse track is gone. Stable remains though.

These next two are of Blackburn Ave (renamed Blackburn St) and what I think it your childhood home. The first one is of the close-up of what I think is the home. I trailed along the road, trying to remember the topography.

This is a view that has been pulled back a bit to see more of a bird's eye view.

Memory is such a funny thing isn't it? I didn't even remember the big tree in the front yard of Sherwood until you mentioned it. It brought back the memory of when you brought the old 48 Lincoln home and parked it in front of the tree. I remember waking up that morning, seeing the car and being afraid of it.

And I wasn't sure which house was yours on Blackburn--I didn't remember the church was there until you mentioned it, but I remember getting apples from the tree in the church's front yard. I didn't know Granny's home burned down--that's a bummer.
